THE Brews - Just great coffee!

Latte
Cappuccino

A cappuccino is the perfect balance of espresso, steamed milk and foam. This coffee is all about the structure and the even splitting of all elements into equal thirds. An expertly made cappuccino should be rich, but not acidic and have a mildly sweet flavouring from the milk.

Flat White

Australian barista Peter Law, who has opened coffee shops in Hong Kong, told CNN: “In all coffee cultures, the drinks happen relative to other drinks. In Australia, we didn't have a drink that had milk in it that was between a latte and a macchiato in terms of consistency. Hence, the flat white.”

Americano

Caffè Americano (also known as Americano or American; Italian pronunciation: [kafˈfɛ ameriˈkaːno]; Spanish: café americano, literally American coffee) is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from, traditionally brewed coffee.

Macchiato
Macchiato

The macchiato has less milk than a latte, so it's stronger in flavor and more concentrated. A macchiato has one shot of espresso, where as a latte normally has two shots of espresso. The taste is also slightly different since the 'stain' of milk doesn't dilute the flavor of the shot(s) of espresso.

Ice Coffee
Ice Coffee

The brewing process makes hot brew more acidic, a trait that carries over to hot brew poured over ice, whereas cold brew is "low acidity, more truffley, more basey, but still crisp and clean," says Phillips. Easier on the stomach that way, too
